Are you dreading the Thanksgiving meal preparation? Do you think you have to get up and start cooking at 5 am like your Grandmother did? Do you feel like you are sacrificing your who;e holiday locked in the kitchen while everyone else watches the parade and football and relaxes? Well we are going to show you how to take back your holiday and with some easy prep in the days before show you how to prepare a traditional yet contemporary Thanksgiving feast for 10 in 2 hours. That's right. I said 2 hours! 


I will prepare the following meal right before your eyes with help only from my favorite sous chef, my husband Rob. You will enjoy a beautiful meal with wine, soft drinks and coffee.You will watch a live instructional demonstration with me to learn the tricks and secrets of a professional chef. You will receive recipes and detailed instructions for each and every dish prepared AND if for some reason I fail to complete the meal within the 2 hour timeline, everyone will receive a $10 grocery store card to help pay for your holiday meal. We will also be giving away some wonderful prizes and gifts throughout the night so bring some friends and come join us for an exciting evening of wine, food, laughs, fun and prizes for less than you will pay for a meal at your local chain restaurant, JUST $45/guest.

Southern Fried Turkey

Sweet Potato Skins with Brown Sugar bacon and Citrus cream
Mashed Celery Root and Potato
Stuffing 2 ways-traditional sage with sausage and raisins and sweet cajun
   cornbread with andouille sausage
Roasted Brussel Sprouts with Bacon, Sugared Pecans and Dried
    Cranberries 
Sauteed Green Beans with Garlic and Lemon
Rosemary Cornbread with Honey Butter
Fresh Cranberry Compote with Orange and Spice
Pumpkin Eggnog Cream Pie with Sugared Pecans and a Gingersnap Crust

Elements of some of the dishes will be prepared prior to the class. The 2 hour time limit is based on 12 guests and does not include prep work that will be done prior to class.
